It seems that this particular behaviour is caused by something that I
made. I will try to compare default configurations and changes that I
made in ~/.bashrc, ~/.profile, /etc/bash.bashrc ant /etc/skel.

If I am not rude, may I ask what the status of this bug is? I think the
severity of this bug is high because when reporting a bug, I can not
fill a bug report with enough relevant information that is collected by
apport. If we want good bug reports from anyone, this bug is an
hindrance to this.

Is there anything I can do to help you solve this bug?

@ChristianEhrhardt, I installed 1:7.2p2-4ubuntu2.1 version of openssh-
client package from Xenial after purging 1:7.3p1-1 version. With this
version, I can ssh to any host without using LC_ALL=C variable.

@ChristianEhrhardt, you are welcome. I thank you for trying to help me!
Yes, I reported this problem in AskUbuntu, then decided to report it as
a bug.
Is there a way for me to debug ssh? Or "bisect" it? I am going to try to
install a previous version of ssh package.

Public bug reported:
I can not ssh to any host with Turkish locales.
What I expected to happen:
I expected that 'ssh some_host' command would successfully run.
What actually happened
'ssh some_host' command failed with an error.
Steps to produce:
1. Open a terminal
2. Run LANG=tr_TR.
You are wellcome:) I tried to push patch to branch but how-to in the
Ubuntu wiki ( as far as I remember ) was a bit complicated for someone
like me who is just an end user:) The answer in the Askubuntu is much
easier.
