I second that. I upgraded to feisty, and the partitions disappeared from the desktop and places menu, although /etc/fstab remains unchanged and the partitions are mounted correctly in /media. "sudo /etc/init.d/dbus restart" makes them appear, but without the proper labels (they show hda1, hda4, etc
