Enigmail account options disappeared after application update

On Ubuntu 15.04 after the latest update of Thunderbird (38.0) I cannot
see Enigmail options which let the user set, for example, employed key
for a certain account. I have more than one account and I find it
obnoxious to use a unique key for all those ones.

I do not know if Debian version of this package is providing missing files..
I downloaded the missing documentation from Gstreamer site and put in the right
directories quoted by doc-base files.
Then I reloaded files into doc-base registry through:
sudo install-docs -R; sudo install-docs -I
