hi,
i have the same problem on KDE 3 and 4 (Hardy and Intrepid) with
network-manager-kde. The OpenVPN works fine with network-manager-gnome
(nm-applet) and in the terminal but didn't work with network-manager-
kde.

Hi,
the same here. I found the problem on Kubuntu and Ubuntu Intrepid
alpha-5, Kubuntu Hardy KDE 3 and KDE 4. Also a test was unsuccessful
with vpnc. OpenVPN and vpnc works fine in a terminal.

i found the problem. I test at odd times the Shrew Soft VPN Client. This
is a free VPN Client for the AVM Fritz! Box. After i uninstall them, the
network-manager-vpnc working as usual.

i use Hardy and till recently network-manager-vpnc works great.
Yesterday i needed a connection to a CISCO Network and it works not any
more. I nothing changes on the configuration. Unfortunately, I do not
know since when it no longer works.

The same here.
When i try to open openVPN connection with an terminal, i must enter 4
password/pass phrase:
Enter pass phrase for .key:
Enter pass phrase for .key:
Enter pass phrase for .key:
Enter Private Key Password:
then starts opening the connection.
