BTW: No I find out that it is not the fault of Ubuntu but of hardware problem.
It has been solved by LCD monitor egineer! ^_^ Now I'm very happy with
Ubuntu!!

Click on the text area of a file input in a form will open the file window. I
believe this is not very good idea.
It will be better that only clicks on the button part of the file input can
open the file dialog.
