A similar problem is in preferences dialog:
open Edit Preferences Advanced Network Settings and you get
error about invalid dtd reference.
This can be fixed inside lv language pack .jar, this file:
lv/browser/preferences/connection.dtd
Change this line:
!ENTITY gopherPort.accesskey
to
Found culprit for the original problem:
inside lv language pack .jar, this file: lv/browser/netError.dtd change
line
!ENTITY deniedPortAccess.longDesc
so that there are no 4 quotes in row.
This is quite serious bug: if I enter invalid URL in browser on fresh
Hardy install, I get that yellow
