Sound was working just fine yesterday. I don't believe I changed any
settings.
I just tried to play a video on Hulu. The video works fine, but nothing
for sound. Made sure it wasn't muted. Tried in sound recorder, but it
doesn't appear to be recording anything. Finally, tried
I just tried a ubiquity install with todays daily from a flash drive and
it completed successfully. I don't still have the iso from 02/15 around,
so can't reproduce it anymore. Good news is this appears to have fixed
itself, bad news is there is now a problem with grub-install. I'll make
a bug repo
Verified that this is reproducible on my machine. I'm not sure if it is
related to the fact that I did custom partitions, because this time I
was filling out the next screen (Username/password) when it crashed. I
am running a HP HDX 16, core 2 duo, 4 gig ram, NVidia 9600M GT. Also,

(Leprecon) I have installed Ubuntu 9.04 on my notebook and I can't hear
sound from the speakers. I hear only from headphones. The sound card
seems to be correctly installed (hda Intel), the volume controls working
fine but i haven't sound.
