Ubuntu precise (12.04) 64bit
Till now I can say, that this workaround doesn't work on my machine. But
what i figured out is, that the shudown hangs if the computer runs long.
If I try to shutdown it right after logging on, system shut down fine.

shutdown does not work
To
UPDATE: System seemed to be able to shutdown. It stop at the very end,
of the shutdown routine. The fan, hdd, display turn off, but the power
on LED is still on. In this state the notebook is unable to boot after
pushing the power button. You have to hold the button, to power it off
completly.

I notice this bug the first time. But's really annoying because if this
bug appears, the PC won't send any signal to the speakers.
Here is what the terminal says, when i try to view a file in Totem:

Hello.
After i started my PC and entered my password for the keyring. I normaly
start Emphaty and Firefox (in this order) after both started, i look for
my news. And close Firefox. And normally after closing Firefox the
launcher is fixed, and doesn't dodge if i move a window under it.
