I did not have the chance to install the new upstream Kernel
BUT i remembered that there was also an Kernel-Update to 3.2.058 so
I went back to 3.2.057 I now everything is working fine !!
I rather use the 3.2.057 because its my developing machine and I can't affort
losing it for one day.

Will try installing the latest Upstream Kernel . I will let you know how
it went !
