Without the "gnome-desktop-item-edit" tool provided by the gnome-panel
package it is impossible to change properties of menu items. To
reproduce click "Properties" when an item is highlighted. Nothing will
happen unless gnome-panel is installed.

After reinstalling my system I was hoping to get all my applications
reinstalled using the software center's sync feature.
After choosing the "Sync Between Computers..." option in the file menu I
