Public bug reported:
Installed was the 14.04 OS. We tried to upgrade the OS towards 14.10
However it fails over and over again.
Afterwards we start doubting if we hadn't seen the 15.04 i.s.o. the 14.10.
Unfortunately we could not trace this back.
