Lately I haven't been experiencing problems with printing. I tested
those same files in this new version and it prints fine. I don't know
whether the bug was solved or not by new releases but I think this is
likely to have happened.

I tried to print with the command line and it worked, so the problem

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: cups
I posted Bug 659395. I am sorry to post another one, but as I don't know
whether this bug is being caused by Evince or Cups, I decided to post
this new one associated with cups.
ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.10
Package: cups 1.4.4-6ubunt
Perhaps my bug has nothing to do with Evince :S I don't know technically
enough about Ubuntu to tell. I receive the message
"/usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftoraster failed". Perhaps the problem is with
ghostviewer or gs dependencies. :S Please help me!

have no problem printing the file mentioned by the bugreport's author.

I submitted the same bug. I tried to print your file and had no
problems, although there are many other files which raise me errors when
I try to print them.

I don't think this is a duplicate of bug #45696. I'm having the same
problem without any suspend to RAM or hibernation actions.
