I see various comments that this may affect only Netbooks. Not the
case. I just set up a new headless server, quad core Xeon X3430, with a
500GB SATA drive, and am getting the same errors at startup with an
Ubuntu 11.04 install. I don't know whether this occurred with the fresh
install... I thin

Ok, I did a bit more digging. The cause of the problem seems to be that
I had a file named ".test.txt.swp", which I could not delete. I manually
uploaded a file with the same name using the web interface, and then
deleted it again. Then my problems seem to have disappeared.

File lost from Ubun
I have this problem as well. For every edit I do with gedit, a file like
.goutputstream-M1CPBV stays behind, stuck in the webinterface with status
"uploading".
I'll be happy to follow the steps in #2 if you tell me how long you want me to
run before sending logs.

and did not perform any syncronization.

This is no longer an issue. I guess the problem was fixed by a
subsequent kernel update.

This happened during a normal update, using the ubuntu update manager.
Before installing the new kernel the filesystem was suddenly 'read-

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: asciidoc
The package asciidoc 8.2.7-2ubuntu1 (amd64 binary) in ubuntu jaunty
fails to run because, in python, it tries to import the module "popen2",
which is deprecated. I think this issue is caused by the move to python
2.6, since this module loads fine
