Public bug reported: I am running Ubuntu 16.4 64 bit it is running on it's own no windows at all. It seems like some one is trying to stop me from enjoying my Ubuntu enjoyment on all levels If I open up the dash it gets diangle lines and stops me from using it. Then I have to restart computer

[Bug 122831] Can't see bottom of select Language during an install

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-panel Trying to install 7.4 on a new dell PC. When it gets to the screen to select the language, can't see the bottom where I assume there is a continue button. Tried resizing, moving but can't move the top above the screen and resizing the window
