I did, it happens on both of my computers and even on Windows 7 (but
isn't always *that* noticible). But maybe we should discuss this in the
appropriate bugreport :)

Open two windows of the default text editor installed in Ubuntu 12.04
amd64 (gedit). Transferring a tab from one window to the other by drag-
dropping the tab will cause the operating system to become unresponsive.
