Hi Joseph
Yes I can boot with kernel 4.10.0-21. I have tried installing kernel
4.10.17-041017 (latest v4.10 stable kernel) as per your instruction.
The problem persists: boot freezes. Which tag is the most appropriate?

Public bug reported:
I am on Ubuntu Studio Zesty (17.04).
Since upgrade to Linux 4.10.0-22 system boot freezes, only way out is
hard shutdown. I am currently booting from 4.10.0-21.
I can provide journalctl -b1 (where previous boot is with faulty kernel)
on request.
Thank you
ProblemType: Bug
I have the problem that image viewer opens all picture as blank page.
This is what I get if I run this:
eog --gtk-debug=all ~/Desktop/111*.jpg
result:
Loading module list: overlay-scrollbar:unity-gtk-module
gtk-modules setting changed to: canberra-gtk-module
Loading module list: canberra-gtk-m
This affects me as well. Please fix this or at least provide a
workaround!

if the problem is solved, but now my connection is more stable (no

I don't have problems using 2.6.27-11, but with 2.6.27-12 performance over my

2) I think this means (correct me if I'm wrong), in few words, upgrading half
