Unfortunately, policy v2 was introduced in newer version of fscrypt than
currently available in focal [1].
I've had a similar issue to yours during snap refresh. I remember I had
to logout the user and run something similar to
sudo fscrypt purge "$(findmnt -n -o TARGET --target /home/)" --user

I can confirm it did work for some time but has regressed lately in
20.04.
The snap paths are missing from environment when login shell is
/usr/bin/fish
pmart@t420 ~> systemctl show-environment --user | grep -e '^PATH' -e '^XDG_DATA'
PATH=/home/pmart/.local/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr

menu and requires more patience before something useful appears on

Seems like the previous workaround (extracting /boot/grub/efi.img)

Hi, is this change effective for other Ubuntu flavors?
I tried booting Xubuntu 19.10 prepared with Rufus but despite
persistence being enabled the casper-rw remained unmounted in live
system. The same thing works with offical Ubuntu 19.10 image.
