I do not see ippusbxd process. No i cannot use the printer in driverless
mode. The command "driverless" shows nothing. i tried to use generic
PostScript driver or PCL, i see status in cups: "Sending data to
printer" and nothing happens

I have Xerox Phaser 3330 with installed official drivers.Cups sees this
usb printer, sends the job and says that the job is completed. In fact
nothing happens.
I connected to this printer through the network, it works. But
unfortunately i need the usb connection.
I see the same behavior after upgrading from 16.10 to 17.10.

This happens very often (not always) after the computer turn off the screen due

I have up to date Ubuntu 17.04. Recently, Chromium stoped to open
downloaded files.
