I'm having the same issue. I just did a fresh install of Ubuntu 10.04 on
my Acer Aspire 5100 and first thing out of the gate I get a crash
notification that disappears when I click on it. I go to var/crash to
view the report and am greeted with Invalid Crash Report: You are not
allowed to access

I had the exact same problem and uninstalling all traces of Myth TV
fixed it completely thank goodness. I had installed Myth TV about a week
ago so I'm glad I caught this before it really put some wear and tear on
