kernel version linux-image-4.15.0-45-generic
when i reboot rc-local.service does get execute but gives error as
read: read error: 0: Resource temporary unavailable
i run one shell script from rc.local where i perform read opera

groupadd --system lxd
snap install juju --classic
juju version => 2.5.1
but when executed juju bootstrap. i got below error
juju bootstrap --bootstrap-series=trusty localhost devlocal

I installed charm using sudo snap install charm --classic on ubuntu 18.04
bu when i try to build my charm using command charm build.I get below
error
