Happened just now using apt-get install -f:
The following packages will be upgraded:

Need to get 0 B/33.0 kB of archives.
After this operation, 1,024 B of additional disk space will be used.
When I try to install the kernel package, I get the following error
message: Failed to satisfy all dependencies (broken cache). I am
currently experiencing a bug with updating python3. Not sure if this is
the reason for the error message.
