I have noticed this problem after a crash of the computer while
libreoffice was running, and the consecutive reboot.
After removing the .libreoffice directory in the home directory of the
user, there are no problem with starting libreoffice again.

my bluetooth USB dongle doesn't seem to work, and the BT control window
doesn't show its full options, just a large Bluetooth On button. BT
mouse doesn't work. Usually a full reboot fixes it.
