I'm on openSUSE 13.1, and just started getting this bug again after
installing some online updates. The list of RPMs installed in the recent
batch is:

Never mind; fixed it by unplugging and replugging my Logitech mouse, as
suggested in this thread:

So mine might have been a simpler issue.
