I have sound now. Not sure what happened but there is sound to movies.

I followed instructions to open Evolution Email and cannot sent
messages. Everything seems to work cept all outgoing

Basically, the included Tcl plugin isn't working with this script:
on !testing example {
print Success!
}
Upon typing !testing in the active channel, nothing happens. Therefore,
since the script is valid, there must be a problem with the Tcl
Or, at lest the on function.
