I have the same bug in Xenial: reported today on request from Jarnos in bug
#798414 on 2016-05-26
Fixed in Ubuntu Tweaks Janitor yesterday. Now I have plenty of room in boot
partition.

There were two problems I think, the MTP device (Sony Walkman) is no
longer handled by gvfs-gphoto2 probably due to a change in the udev
rules or perhaps how the default case is handled when the device isn't
recognized, and a bug that has been fixed in the PPA mentioned above
