Public bug reported: Please add "Multi-Arch: allowed" to the overlay-scrollbar package.
overlay-scrollbar-gtk2 and overlay-scrollbar-gtk3 specify a dependency on it. However, when installing a foreign architecture version (i.e., i386 package on amd64 host), the overlay-scrollbar package won't satisfy the dependency, even though it has arch 'any'. The information at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MultiarchSpec#Dependencies_involving_Architecture:_all_packages provides advice on how to correct this. FWIW, the reason this came up is that Acrobat Reader, which Adobe only provides as 32-bit, attempts to use this module. ** Affects: overlay-scrollbar (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1121943 Title: overlay-scrollbar cannot be installed multi-arch To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/overlay-scrollbar/+bug/1121943/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
