much the only way to make any alsa compatible app jack aware.
And the Documentation of libasound2-plugins also refers to the
possibility to use jack, without shipping the jack plugin, which makes
the Documentation inaccurate
All those packages available is CLIENT software to query the cddb, but
the cddb SERVER is not yet packaged.
I've checked the package repositories before filing this bug. :-)

it seems as if fltk does not do utf-8. There is a patch that adds utf-8
to fltk, but it is not against the newest version:

I will investigate further if there is a convinient solution.

Libquicktime supports a lot of different audio and video codecs, which
can be enabled optionally at compile time, depending on the
availablility of certain dependencies.
Some of those Audio/Video codecs are missing, even though they are
available in the Ubuntu Gutsy
Hi,
libquicktime is modular, it would be possible to just have the
libquicktime modules for x264, faac, and faad2 in multiverse, similar
like how its done with gstreamer-[good|bad|ugly].
What do you think?
