In gnome-keyboard-properties > Layout > Layout Options, the option for
Making CapsLock an Additional Ctrl is in the Ctrl menu, rather than the
CapsLock menu. Considering that the option to make CapsLock an
additional Esc/Backspace is in the CapsLock menu, this is inconsistent.
I had this problem - reconfiguring xorg and killing the server didn't
help. My machine hung on reboot, so I booted into OS X to re-enable
rEFIt. After that, it worked fine (using the xorg.conf I had generated
earlier).

misplacing the slash. For example, in the sentence "See the Compiz
documentation website for full instructions on how to do this", clicking

This worked fine in Dapper, however, Edgy was unable to connect to a wireless
via nm-applet (no network devices detected save the wired). The whole time, I
could connect via CLI with ifup ath0, but NetworkManager never saw anything. I

Binary package hint: update-manager
The 'Applying Changes' window interrupts work after all the package files have
been downloaded and steals focus if not keystrokes.
It would make more sense to integrate this into the main window. There is also
a dialog raised on program
