This appears to be fixed after a reboot. I applied the latest updates (which i do several times per day) to the beta operating system. I then went to log out, and as happens from time to time at log out the computer freezes solid (not even ctrl+alt+f1 will unfreeze it), so i powered off, powered

This happenned to me on the following situation: 1. Installed Moneydance on 64-bit ubuntu with java.com official jre (ln -s /opt/jre1.6... /opt/moneydance/jre) from moneydance.com (available as a trial version which is the same as real version but limitted data entry until unlocked).

I looked at the list of packages it could be under, and pm-utils made the most sense of those packages that were listed. This is really an x11 tool issue, and specifically the tool which is supposed to prompt for password on resume from sleep/suspend. At least that is my presumption. ** Package
