[Bug 1225549] [NEW] When trieng to start Additional Drivers, this error appears

Public bug reported: After trying to upgrade Kubuntu 13.10 Beta 1, the process hang up at Fetching update information with 30% (AFTER upgrading). Then I killed the process and restarted, Kubuntu hang again. I restarted my PC and since then the error occurs. This is what Kubuntu shows me
