I can confirm this bug for svn up (used gdb), but for me it crashes all
the time, not only when creating an entry, i.e. all subsequent trials
crash also. Workaround is to use --no-auth-cache :-(

Suspend and resume entirely in docked state works as well as suspend and resume
entirely in undocked state.
Problem seems to exist only if suspend is performed after undocking from
Ultrabay.

I can confirm this bug for kmail 1.9.6. enterprise 0.20070907.709405 (ubuntu
package:
4:3.5.7enterprise20070907-0ubuntu3). Adding manually
TheIMAPResourceAccount=Id
to kmailrc fixes the problem as workaround indeed.
