Title:
Unity menu bar does not have
UPower is reporting, that my system is able to suspend and hibernate:
xygromo@moravcikpc:~$ upower -d
Daemon:
daemon-version: 0.9.13
can-suspend: yes
can-hibernateyes
on-battery: no
on-low-battery: no
lid-is-closed: no
lid-is-present: no
is-docked: no
I think, the problem is due to the /usr/lib/upower/upowerd. It's
failling to start.
xygromo@moravcikpc:~$ sudo /usr/lib/upower/upowerd
[sudo] password for xygromo:
/usr/lib/upower/upowerd: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/upower/upowerd:
undefined symbol: g_unix_signal_add_watch_full
Problem is with libpurple's default client key. It looks like it's
blocked now by ICQ servers. If you changed it to for example client key
used by pidgin it will be working again.
