Some more information: The error in the messages above are from a
machine with Intel Graphics: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 620 (rev 02).
I also tested it in a machine with an nVidia card, and the game runs
correctly there. I think the issue is Intel not supporting 8-bit color
modes correctly.

I got the same problem in ubuntu 10.04. The server runs OpenSuse 11.2.
I used to get Corrupted MAC on input very often. After running ethtool in the
server as commented above, I'm getting the errors much less often (but they
still appear).

I have the same problem with an acer Travelmate 4000.
Wireless was working perfectly in Feisty.
After an update to Gutsy, kill switch is always off. Pressing the button won't
change the status.
Booting with the old 2.6.20-16 kernel works perfectly in gutsy, but the
default kernel in gutsy
won't

I have not had this oops afterwards, although my machine hangs every now and
then.

I have a dvd which my dvd reader can't read.
After I try to mount it, I get errors in dmesg saying it can't find the image

I have an uptime of 3 days.
I have had one recuperable oops, but I think it will be better to close this

I've now rebooted and am using the nv driver (but I can't get xinerama
to work, so only one display)
