Public bug reported:

Im using ubuntu 14.04 and apache ITK having problem,
I'm using
root@gw:~# apache2ctl -v
Server version: Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu).

Ok so problem is this
when assigned user id = 100022 giving error in error.log ([mpm_itk:warn] [pid
22732] (itkmpm: pid=22732 uid=33, gid=33) itk_post_perdir_config():
setuid(100022): Operation not permitted) and page is not working
but when user id = 10002 it working fine
So problem with user id length.
I'm using AD integration and my uid looks like this 1396717458. And im running
300 Vhost on one server with different users.
So this is very important for me.

Till I used apache2.2 on ubuntu 12.04 it was working fine

It is very important.

** Affects: apache2-mpm-itk (Ubuntu)
