Public bug reported: All it said was "grub-efi-amd64-signed-64" failed to install into /target/. Without the grub, the system will not boot. All I did was upgrade from 16.04 LTS to 18.04. I was going to reinstall because Python was giving me problems. Because of this, I am unable to boot into Windows too. Please help me fix this issue. Thank you!
