Loaded KUBUNTU 11.04 onto one of my twin laptops. It seems to Sleep-Wake and
Hibernate-Thaw
pretty reliably, but with warts.
REMEMBER: In the original bug report, I said that one sort of worked
while one didn't work at all. I loaded KUBUNTU 11.04 onto the laptop
that sort of worked under UBUN

My target is a Thinkpad T42.
The internal DVD/CD fails. A USB-connected DVD/CD fails too.
Both complain about the /dev/loop0 mount failure.
Yes all checksums are fine.

I have this same problem. Wired ethernet works fine under linux.
Wireless worked fine with a type-G network.
Type-N works for a short time and the the system stalls with a blinking caps
LED.
I can dual-boot to Windows(tm) XP/Pro Tablet PC edition and both wired
and wireless type-N work just fine
