I encountered the same problem.

btrfs's utility tools is named btrfs-progs rather than btrfs-tools. It's
better to rename it to the real name to ease finding this package by its
name.

It's a minor bug.
When I try to select Btrfs on selecting install storage and file system,
ubiquity explains Btrfs as
"btrfs journaling file system". However, Btrfs doesn't use journaling at all.
It is a Copy on Write
file system[1]. So please change all "btrfs journaling
