Error on nvidia 340 install. Computer freezes while using Google Chrome.
Chromium did not work at all. Kubuntu 20.10 Beta release with all
updates. When trying to install 340 is below.

I absolutely do experience this bug with Shockwave Flash 10.0 r45 and
firefox 3.5.8+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.9.10.1 from the Ubuntu Mozilla
Security Team PPA. Ubuntu karmic main seems to have 3.5.3+build1
+nobinonly-0ubuntu6 instead, which also has the issue.

I am using jaunty 64 bit. I formated using ext4 on 320 gig hard drive.
It hangs when moving files from NTFS usb drive that I used for backup.
It also tells me the trash can is full. I changed the trash can to 50%
or 107 gigs. It should not have been full. I also states the files are

The reboot did not fix the problem. I did find the program shortcut
under the utilities menu after launching the program from terminal. I
am not sure why it is under utilities. Think it should be office or
maybe internet since it will download information for the foods in the
recipes.

I have the same problem. I installed it the program and used terminal
to launch the program and it opened fine and ask to make a slite??
database and to download the USDA food links. I clicked both boxes and
it tried to load for a few minutes then crashed.
I rm the program and deleted all files
I typed krecipes in terminal and it did launch and is now on the menu
but it crashes. It just shows the icon on the tool bar for 40 seconds
then it goes away. I am going to reboot and see if it will fix the
problem. I think it might have to do with download of usa information
on foods.
