Public bug reported:
The audio constantly clicks overtop of what is played. This began
occurring after fixing a previous bug where audio would not play through
speakers. All that was done fixing this bug was uninstall and reinstall
pulseaudio and the alsa-base. Occasionally the clicks will be replaced
by random noise.
