I somehow managed to remove the complete global menu bar. In case somebody else
experienced this, you need those packages:
appmenu-gtk indicator-applet-appmenu indicator-appmenu

System: Ubuntu 12.10 (64-bit system) with Eclipse Juno (4.2.2)
Is there any hope left that this bug gets fixed in this year? It is
