On certain boots, `corebird` just stops working, the profiles seems to
magically vanish. A simple `disable` followed by an `enable` is enough
to bring the profile back.

We cannot successfully work on an artful release as:
1- snapcraft is mostly designed to build on a host that matches a current
"base" (today, the only base is "core" which is 16.04 based).
2- artful will most likely not have a base.
3- artful experienced the glibc bump which caused built snaps on
The fix for this is in xenial-proposed awaiting final SRU testing.

These are the constraints of a classic snap. The developer of such snap
would need to setup environment variables if needed to not accidentally
pollute the environment. If execution is the problem, the use the
relative path in prime to the command.

I've added to apport data to LP: #1670109
For the record, 4.10 is the first Ubuntu kernel to support the
'Microsoft Surface Type Cover' keyboard and touchpad, but the touchpad
support is very basic (no multitouch).
For the touchscreen and pen to work one would need the out of tree
patches
