Ideally instead of marking invalid, it should be marked as "Fixed Released"

I've seen this randomly from time to time on every other boot, but it
happens reliably when flight mode is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
- Enable flight mode
- Reboot
Expected result:
- Scopes launch and fail network requests
Actual:
- Black scope screen

- launched from the dash
- here maps (but I'm not sure it's the only app that can cause this)

When opening an application I sometimes get an app that never opens, on
launch ps shows the whole group (oxide) as being suspended and there's
this error in the log:
