ideapad-laptop is loaded or not. Try `rfkill` to see the current hard-

Wifi does work on Yoga 530-15, but sometimes doesn't after reboot and
only another reboot (off/on) helps.
Additionally, rtl8821ce is causing trouble during shutdown. The system
freezes once a shutdown is initiated via X (Ubuntu Desktop). Switching
to a plain text console does start the shutdown,

(but also happend with stock 18.04 kernel).
Gnome freezes immediately when issuing a "shutdown" or even "log out"
click.
Even CapsLock doesn't respond any longer.

This bug is not reproducable. I got it on a high-usage-server after more
than one year of usage and on a another box which isn't used heavily
after few month.
