Changed "default-sample-format" to "s24le", it seems that this solves my
problem. Whistles dissappeared.

After some updates(probably after updating to kernel 2.6.31-15), I've looked
into /etc/fstab and found there a line:
/dev/hda/media/cdrom0 udf,iso9660 user,noauto,exec0 0
Deleting of this line solved my problem, there is no more fake items in
Places->Computer.
