Newbie to Ubuntu - Installed 9.04 from CD to Sata 80gb few weeks ago -
everything run smoothly. I needed to dual boot with a Sata 250 WinXP HDD
- Yesterday I've download 9.10 to CD - Loaded/Installed Ubuntu 9.10 over
9.04 -GNU Grub states WinXP drive as sdb1- Dual booting works. Ubuntu
starts up fine but as soon as i select apps and the yellow tag
description appears then Ubuntu freezes - Cold boot only works - I have
unpluged WinXP HDD but the same still happen
