Okay,this procedure also works with Ubuntu 9.04 as well.I just finished
installing it and followed those procedures,and I have system sounds.
*As for Rythmbox and that local radio staion music player,after I
rebooted a couple times.Works on both Mint 7 and Ubuntu 9.04.

Yes I have it,it comes with Mint 7. I have tried that and on output it
shows HDA Intel STAC92XX analog as there and and unmuted,volume turned
up to 100%.Also,I have no system sounds at all.There is no sound what so
ever.It is why I believe there is a problem with the model.I

This kills the package forcibly. Then I ran

Your right it isn't in the repository, you should ask a MOTU to include it in
the repository for the next ubuntu release.
Changing the https://help.ubuntu.com/community/OpenWebMail page should fix the
problem with ubuntu's documentation.
