The error is on line 189, it gives this message which stops munin from
being able to collect data:
Use of qw(...) as parentheses is deprecated at ./memory line 189.
Line 189 is as follows:

Yah it was odd at first because memory monitoring is one of the most
important features of a default munin-node install and the memory graph
is completely absent because of this bug.
