The problem does not occur on the pre-installed Windows 10, neither when
in Bios or on grub. It only sporadically happens after resuming or
starting Ubuntu 16.04.

I have similar problems with HD Graphics 520 on T460s with Ubuntu 16.04
beta (latest build): my monitor repeatedly flickers, i.e. the entire
display is blacked out for a very brief moment. This happens unrelated
to input (even when the laptop is idle).
