[Bug 1960353] [NEW] Dark mode isn't applied to background of the appearance panel in the PCB editor

Public bug reported: With the ubuntu theme yaru-dark (and any other dark theme as far as I can tell), the "Appearance" panel on KiCAD's PCB editor has both a white background and a white foreground (font color), making it impossible to read the text within the panel. I've attached a screenshot.
