Thanx David Problemo solved... :) ( But after upgarding grub, my XP option
disappeared ..but then I had grub list backed up so now everything
is fine)

SkyNet - Your issue has probably already been identified in bug 462828.
The solution is to update your client using Update Manager and restart
My applet-client seems to be newer than server version, so i'm getting
capabilities mismatch.
I can log one from ubuntu one's web, so i'll be patient and wait for new server
release upgrade.
